What You’ll Need

To use your digital planner, you’ll need:

  • An iPad or tablet
  • A PDF annotation app such as:
    • Goodnote
    • Notability
  • Apple Pencil or stylus (optional but helpful)

How to Download Your Planner

  1. After purchase, check your email for the download link.
  2. Tap Download File.
  3. Save the file to your iPad:
    • Files app OR
    • iCloud Drive OR
    • “On My iPad” 

 

  1. How to Import into Goodnotes

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open Goodnotes
    2. Tap the + (New) button
    3. Select Import
    4. Find your downloaded planner file
    5. Tap it to import
    6. Wait for it to load completely

    ✔ Your planner is now ready to use

How to Use Your Planner

Start simple. Don’t try to fill everything at once.

Begin with just:

1. Today’s Page

Write your top 3 priorities.

2. Weekly Page

Map out your week at a glance.

3. Homeschool Rhythm Page

Set a simple flow for your day.

Progress matters more than perfection.

 

How to Use Clickable Tabs (If Included)

Your planner may include clickable tabs.

If they don’t work:

  • Make sure you are in read/view mode
  • Tap outside writing mode
  • Try tapping the tab again

Tips for Best Results

  • Don’t overplan — keep it simple
  • Duplicate pages as needed
  • Use color coding if helpful
  • Revisit your weekly plan every Sunday or Monday
